10+ years of experience & education in Design & Construction has gotten me to where I am now.
From receiving her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The New England Institute of Art, I was able to land an Internship with Hellen & Team Design where I assisted in converting 1-star to 4-star hotel for Bai Fu Rong and high-end residential remodels in Chengdu, China.
Through the stepping stones in China from my participation in stone block selection and designing the layout of a custom marble floor inlay, she then moved on to becoming a Design & Client Manager at Watertown Tile & Marble Design for over 5 years. This was where I truly expanded my knowledge and the use of my experiences to successfully manage showrooms and warehouses resulting in over $1.7 mil sales per year. Growing our sales by 30% and building strong relations with domestic and international vendors, ultimately easing negotiations to achieve delivery dates and cost targets each season.
While progressively strengthening my ability to troubleshoot problems creatively and effectively in a constantly altering environment, (designing for commercial, high-end residential models, and private homes). Working with builders and Developers gave me the chance to show more of my imaginative and creative personality in selecting design strategies and color palettes, as well as specified furnishings for couple of new high-end residential developments ranging from $1.3-$3.5 mil through out Greater Boston.
After all that has been said and done, I am now a Co-Owner at
Luna Investment Partners.
Here I am able to dive deeper into my projects and become fully engaged in the process, not only through consulting closely with each client but also to hire subcontractors and conduct onsite meetings with architects, subcontractor, vendors, and clients. Negotiating and working through all aspects of the project designs anywhere from custom cabinetry and furnishings to woodwork and millwork for the best most satisfactory and strategic results.
In her spare time, Jaycee likes to do photography, cooking, and woodwork alongside of traveling to find new inspiration.
